My wife and I have this love affair with Napa...we dream of having an agri turismo property there someday.

2 Cabs, 5 Vintages

We have been making small lots of Stag’s Leap and Estate Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon since 2006. We plan to taste the first vintage (2007) with friends and family when Avena UES opens in 2019.

Fall 2007

We set up our base in California wine country. Giselle decides to stay the year at Elizabeth Coleman’s 1900 landmark property on Route 121, where Sonoma meets Napa. Giselle works the crush from September to November, it was the beginning of a 5 year winemaking project.
